Shipping module
Intelligent shipping module that supports combined shipments internally, between subsidiaries, and externally with owned, sold, or returned merchandise. This module also supports shipping available stock and invoicing the customer for that, then placing the remainder quantities on back order.

Advanced AR Module
The accounts receivable module provides a multitude of features such as: Taxes and tax exemptions, multiple currencies, pro forma invoices, credit notes, pre-payments, customer credit limits and discounts (eg 2% discount if paid within 10 days). It also integrates with the sales order module to allow for returns and charging restocking fees.

Bundles and Tagging
Use the system-wide support of tagging/bundles to better manage your inventory. Bundles/tagged products can be: created from loose stock, split on-the-fly inside the other modules, contain more than one product, tansferred, sold, consumed, produced, scrapped and bought. Bundles use tags as a unique identifier of each bundle.

Sales orders and Point of sale Modules
The sales order system supports aliasing products per order, different units of measure, gross tallies at a shrinkage factor defined per order as well as keeping track of agents' progress.
Point of sale module is quick and easy to use making it perfect for retails sales. Just fill in a few fields and all the necessary documents (sales, shipping, invoice and payment) are created and completed for you instantly in the background.

Contact directory
The contact directory can store just about anything you need to know about the contact from different phone numbers and emails to mailing address and notes. It also supports posting notes, meetings and phone calls against a contact on a certain day, which can be in the past or future (for either scheduling and/or reference purposes). It also lets each individual system user to create custom groups for whatever purpose like 'christmas greeting card list' as well as system wide groups like 'sales agents.'
