Convenience Package
Features:
- We will host DTAILS lumber software for the client on our highspeed servers connected to the Internet by redundant fibre lines
- Client requires no server on-site
- Client requires a broadband connection to the Internet (1.5 mbps or faster)
- Users' systems simply need to be able to run a web browser - Chrome of Firefox Preferred
- We will be responsible for all daily back-ups of your data to secure, off-site locations
- All DTAILS lumber software updates and upgrades are included
- Included email and telephone technical support during business hours (extended support hours are available)
- Feature requests and development of new reports available at preferred rates.
Pricing:
- Billed at a fraction of a cent per board foot for the main company
- Pricing is based on annual usage (sold board footage per year)
- Additional inter-related companies are billed at half the original cost per board foot
- Invoiced upfront annually or monthly (12 monthly payments rounded to the nearest cent)
- First year is based on projected usage

Elite Package
Features:
- You host DTAILS lumber software on your own server with Apache or IIS, PHP and PostgreSQL
- Client is responsible for all daily back-ups of information
- Extended service for building a server and/or back-up setup is available at low hourly rates
- Users' systems simply need to be able to run a web browser - Chrome or Firefox Preferred
- All DTAILS lumber software updates, upgrades, and support are included for the first year, additional years included with annual membership
- Feature requests and development of new reports available at preferred rates.
Pricing:
- One-time license fee for installation of DTAILS lumber software on client server.
- Optional annual membership fees are at a fraction of a cent per board foot based on annual usage (sold board footage per year)
Alliance Membership
DTAILS™ by Alliance Interactive is a cooperative development software where interested companies work with Alliance Interactive to develop new features in DTAILS™. All new features are circulated within the network of alliances, so while you may request one feature or simply by being an active member of the alliance, you may receive dozens of new features at no extra cost!
Setup fee and training
This fee fluctuates depending on the complexity and size of client operations. Both are billed at $150.00 per hour
